Customer sales team was using Salesforce. They had their eCommerece website implemented and also CMS – Content Management System. These were all distinct systems working independently, no integration, no single source of truth.

Replaced legacy system with Salesforce Customer Community. Implemented CMS using AppExchange product Orchestra CMS. Implemented eCommerce on Big Commerce. Integrated (real time, bi-directional) Big Commerce and Salesforce. Implemented QR Code, Google map, Payment.
